Today, Feng Shui is not bound by religion or culture. Many successful individuals, including prominent political figures, have turned to Feng Shui to improve their lives.
Used by the Chinese for thousands of years, Feng Shui is the statistical study of how geographical positions and directions in our home environment affect our well being. The home environment can be influenced by factors of nature such as the four seasons and time of day. These factors from the amount of available light and air to the temperature and humidity of our home determine how our home environment can affect our health, emotions, and personalities.

Much of Feng Shui advice derives from the improvement of one's home environment. Optimal conditions of the home include an adequate amount of light, airflow, and visual space. Protrusions, indentations, or irregularly-shaped living rooms and bedrooms should be avoided. This is just a few examples of how following Feng Shui advice can improve one's home environment by fusing our daily lives with nature. Additionally, the following taboos should be considered both inside and outside of the home:

Taboos for the front door and outside the windows:

AVOID sharp corners; direct incoming traffic and overpasses; inner and outer edges of overpasses; the junction between overpasses; electric cable poles; power plants; chimneys; dead trees; rocky cliffs; drainages; garbage disposals; cemeteries; hospitals; funerals; fire stations; churches; temples; police stations; entrance of parking garages; and gaps between buildings.

If taboos listed above are violated, people in the home may have poor health and be susceptible to illnesses; surgeries, injuries, and accidents may result. Also, lawsuits, family conflicts, and reduced family prosperity may arise.

Solution: On the 2 sides of the outside of the front door and windows, place a pair of Purifying "Pei Yio". Or hang a Dragon-Head Plate outside the windows.

Taboos inside the Home:

-Bedroom door should not face the kitchen or bathroom doors; otherwise, people in the bedroom may get sick.
Solution: Outside the bedroom, hang a Health Plate on top of the door.

-Inside the living room and bedroom, there should be no roof beam; otherwise, people in the home may suffer various pain conditions, especially in the head.
Solution: Hang a pair of Fortune Bat on both ends of the roof beam.

-Kitchen should not be at the center of the home; otherwise, it may cause illnesses to the people in the home.
Solution: At the inner 2 corners of the surface of the stove, place a Health Jade or Health Cucurbit.

-There should be no lights on the ceiling above the bed; also, there should be no mirrors facing the end of the bed; otherwise, injuries or surgeries may result.
Solution: It would be best to remove the lights and mirrors; if the removal cannot be done soon, place a Health Plate at each of the 4 corners under the mattress.

Dear friends, if you want to ensure safety and avoid accidents, you may hang an Health Plate inside the car.
