PRIVACY POLICY

Our customer information will be kept confidential and will not be released to anyone strictly. We have the latest encryption technology that would secure your ordering information such as your name, address and credit card number. The information cannot be read by third party also, as your order travel to our system.

Product Appearance and What We Don't Guarantee
All photos of our products are being taken by professionals and being touched up for web-viewing, therefore the actual product could appear different under different environment and lighting conditions. We also do not guarantee that the items are "100% scratch free and chip free" because different items have different quality criteria from different suppliers.We do not refund or accept returns on items that are perceived as not meeting "customer's personal quality expectations", such as perfection or overly immaculate expectations. Customers are suppose to clarify their expectations with our sales department if they are in doubt of any item quality prior to any purchase, and not after the purchase. We cannot guarantee on workmanship of the crafted items that do not meet customer's personal opinion and expectation because there is no means for our products to be felt and closely inspected by customers prior to purchase. Therefore if customers agree to make purchases through internet, they have agreed on the suppliers inspection criteria. We also do not allow customers to purchase items to take a look at it to fulfill self-curiosity, then later request to return after it had satisfied their curiosity. In addition, some products that are handmade may not appear exactly the same as the one shown in pictures, because handicrafts differ from one piece to another. Painted handicrafts may differ in colors, shapes, patterns etc. Only gross cohesive fractures are considered a damage. Adhesive drop-offs due to shipping shock vibe is not considered as damage because International Shippers do insure those claims, and it is the responsibility of customers to glue them back if there is adhesive problems aggravated by shock vibe. As our products are decorative in nature, we do not guarantee its lifetime, there is no warranty on how long would the items last in terms of its color, shine, intactness, usage and appearance. We only guarantee that items will arrive in good condition on the day of delivery. Any complaints or discrepancy made after 3 days of delivery cannot be entertained .

Cancellation Policy
We offer money back guarantee for order cancellation. Cancellation will depend on whether your ordered items have been shipped or not. Shipped items will be too late for cancellation. However, in the event that your cancellation takes place before your items are shipped, a fee will also be imposed for credit card transaction and our forwarder's handling charges. The minimum fee that would be charged is 8% of the total amount paid for any cancellation, it could be more depending on how much packaging and handling done. Please contact us quick at our customer service department by emailing to order@fengshuipang.com. However, kindly be understood that the delivery of your emails do not guarantee that the emails have been received or being read. Therefore we do not hold responsibility on the cancellation if the items had been shipped, even though your email had been sent out earlier. We will do our best to assist you gladly once we read emails from you.

Return Policy
Feng shui involves manipulating chi (energy). Therefore, it is our duty to ensure that feng shui items purchased by our customers are brand new with new chi and never being used before. Used items may accumulate unwanted chi from the previous owners which could affect the effectiveness of the feng shui enhancers or cure. In order to ensure that our customers rightfully benefit from our products and their interests protected, all sales are final and non-returnable in the event that you change your mind.

Refund Policy
For damaged goods during shipment, loss shipment and order cancellation, we will provide a refund for the goods. No refunds could be made for shipping cost that had been used. For any other scenarios, refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

SHIPMENT POLICY

We have managed to secure the lowest shipping price to anywhere in the world from our shipping vendors. To ensure the items get to our valued customers as fast as possible reliably, we utilize the most reliable couriers. The forwarder we choose (from our selection) for you would depend on the one that provides you the lowest shipping cost depending on the item, product measurement and geographical location.

Feng Shui Pang, Inc. is a global store that ships products to almost any registered address in the world. Details of shipping cost borne by our valued customers can be found as you go into the section before paying for the item you would like to buy. To ensure the items reach you, the shipment will reach your door-front and an adult signature is required. In the event that nobody is present, your parcel will be sent to the nearest post office or apartment office awaiting your collection, with a note left in your letter box. However, we CANNOT take order for "P O Box addresses" or Military addresses.

Feng Shui Pang, Inc. strive for excellence in service. We will process your order immediately upon receiving them. In the event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will inform you via email about the delay.

Shipping would vary between 3-14 days depending on your region in the world.

Custom and Import Duties
Different countries have varied customs policies, therefore you may be subjected to shipment delays. Your purchase will consider you as the importer of the item into your country and any forms of import duties and taxes will be borne by customer, if needed. Please comply with all regulations of the country in which you receive your goods.

Our courier services would normally assign their own brokers to clear custom taxes and import duties on behalf of the consignee, and it is therefore the responsibility of the consignee to complete payment to the courier services at their destinations when they are being approached.

For instances whereby a shipment had been made and tax had occured at consignee's destination, the parcel CANNOT be rejected and reshipped back to Feng Shui Pang, Inc. Such actions will not mean the consignee do not have to pay for taxes. We will not bare any costs for reshipment back nor any taxes that had incurred already incurred. Consignee will still be charged accordingly in the event that such acts are unfortunately triggered.

Change in Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address to ensure no delays of the shipment. Wrong address provided could result in delivery delay and possible re-routing fee and extra handling charged. It could also result in the items being forced to sacrificial if the parcel is unclaimed by consignee because shipper on-hold policy is only 5 working days. Consignee would borne all losses due to wrong address provided. Please write to order@fengshuipang.com if you intend to make the changes to your delivery prior to delivery and prepare to pay a standard fee of USD5 per airway bill for change of address by our courier. In the event that consignee changes his/her mind on the delivery address after the item had been shipped out and called our courier separately to notify on the address change, the consignee will still be charged accordingly when the bill comes to Feng Shui Pang, Inc. later. The re-routing or change of address fee is at USD5 per airway bill.

Damaged Goods and Other Complaints
We perform 100% Quality Assurance Check with a buddy system. Damage caused by shipment are usually unlikely but in the event that you found your items damaged upon delivery, please inform the shipping vendor and e-mail us immediately. Our customers are advised to perform inspection upon arrival. We and our shipper cannot accept damage claims or related complaints after 3 working days from delivery date. Contact us immediately via email at order@fengshuipang.com. Our representatives will help resolve the problems for you and your purchase will be refunded immediately after the shipper complete their investigation. We will refund the FULL AMOUNT on the merchandize once the damage is confirmed due to shipping mishandling. However SHIPPING COST CANNOT be refunded. Shipping cost will be considered charged and not refundable at the moment items are shipped out by us.
